Hey, We’re looking for someone to fill our bedroom apartment in the CBD as our flatmates are moving overseas. The flat is super central; located just off Queen Street, with K Road and AUT a minute walk away from us.

Here, The fully furnished sunny room details: • Private room - the rent is $300 including hot & cold water, electricity & wifi (comes with bed, mattress & table in the room) • Bond is 3 weeks rent for bond + 1 week in advance • fully furnished house

This apartment is amazing during the winters with direct sunshine and ample insulation. You will be living with 2 other young professionals in their mid-20s. The flat is fairly quiet with the occasional flat movie night or dinner. This is not a party flat, usual bedtime is normally around 10pm. All flatmates clean and tidy and expect the same in return.

Move in is ideally March 5th, but can be negotiated to be sooner/later.

My name is Farihah. My current housemate is moving, so I’m looking for a new housemate.

I work at lime company and my hours are pretty normal. I’m not much into partying or drugs. I don’t want my house to resemble a scene out of a crazy college life movie.

My friends would describe me as easy-going, sarcastic, analytical, and independent. In my free time, I like to spend my time outside, either alone or with others. On the weekends, I often head out to beach for frisbee, hike, and food hunting.

I like my house to be clean. I’m allergic to dogs/cats, so I can’t live with anyone that has a dog/cat.
