Sunny 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 living room home with lovely views. Close to swimming pool, tennis club and Reserve. Room is a double size with a built in wardrobe, share main bathroom.

Looking for a mature professional flatmate, who lives an active well-balanced life. Considerate, clean, respectful & tidy with good references and must work full time. I have a small older dog, who is very sweet and relaxed, sorry no other pets. Bedrooms already have a bed, might need additional bedroom furnishings. Second living area with TV and exercise/chill area. Rent is $295 per week. Power, Internet, Gas included. (Winter might be slightly more due to use of power). Provide your own bedding, linen, towels, additional room furniture, laundry and food. No pets and no smokers/vapers/drugs.

I own the home, am very active, love swimming, hiking, running and being outdoors. Work full time and from home quite often. Quiet clean house, with a little old dog and my daughter’s visit occasionally they are at uni.
