The shared spaces include the upstairs lounge, kitchen, dining room, laundry and downstairs TV/Chill/exercise room. The downstairs TV/chill room is mostly for your own use. It has has a sofa, TV, kitchen sink, fridge, dining room table, microwave, kettle and toaster. This allows you to have your own space in the house.

Internet, rubbish and reasonable usage of water, gas & power are included.

I am looking for a mature, respectful, professional flatmate who works full-time (not from home), and lives a well-balanced life, considerate, clean & tidy with good references, to share my space with me. I have a small older dog, who is very sweet and relaxed, sorry no other pets.

Provide your own bedding, linen, towels, cleaning, additional room furniture, laundry and food. Plenty parking on the street. No smokers/vapers/drugs. Utilities extra. Easy access location, only 3 minute drive to supermarket and shops, 6 minutes to the Matua Kulim Park Beach area. 10 minute drive to CBD, 20 minute drive to Mount. 5 minute walk to reserve, swimming pool and tennis courts. 3 minute walk to bus stop, and close to cycle paths connecting to Matua, CBD and Mount. There is plenty of parking on the street. My home is located on a hill with stairs as access. For your safety the home has a security camera located on the back door (not inside).
