Looking for a friendly, like-minded working professional to join us in our warm welcoming home in Welcome Bay. Ideally, we are after someone in their late twenties-in to thirties, who is keen to make themselves at home, while still respecting each other’s spaces and privacy and that pays rent on time. Your room is upstairs, sharing the area with a spare bedroom that may be used from time to time, but generally this will be your own private space. The room is the master and is very generously sized. Our current flat mate has his queen bed, a whole work from home setup and room to spare. The house is very private, safe, and situated on a large section with plenty of garden, outdoor living areas a vege patch and fruit trees. The. house is fully furnished – you just need your bedroom furniture. No smokers – non-negotiable. No pets sorry as we already have a cat. Must be working. Rent is $215/week + $20/week for household essentials (cleaning supplies and pantry basics) and internet. Power and water will be split monthly. Couples considered, at a higher rent on case-by-case basis. Working from home applicants considered following a discussion. Rent is paid a week in advance + 2 weeks rent as bond.

We are a professional couple – a nurse and a boat builder in our late 20s. We love a few beverages and BBQ on a summer evening or watching the game, cooking good food and hanging out on the weekends. We both work full time and one of us is finishing their masters at the same time, so not a party flat. We have one very chill, friendly cat who loves to hang out.
