About the room
A recently renovated three-bedroom property 50m to Paraparaumu Beach. There are currently two bedrooms available to rent, both are very spacious with in-built double wardrobes.
Entire house gets a lot of sun but also has a HRV system installed so it’s always nice and warm. Every room has a panel heater as well. The rooms have plenty of extra space for desks or drawers too. There is an outdoor shed for extra storage if needed.
The property has a lovely spacious courtyard and sunroom to enjoy. Modern kitchen with stone bench tops and a breakfast bar.
We are currently looking for two flatmates either singles or a couple who are similar in age and share common interests us. The weekly rate per person is $230 including unlimited broadband, Netflix, Disney+. The rate for couples is to be discussed. Expenses will be shared equally among flatmates.
About the roomies
2 existing flatmates. Two young working professionals (both 23). We enjoy watching movies, good food, gym and the outdoors.
