The Northland Shops are a short walk away and the supermarket is close by in Crofton Downs. Wellington City Centre is only a 8-10min Drive away. The room I have for rent is furnished with a single bed and a set of drawers. If you have your own bedroom furniture that’s fine! Happy to swap it over. House has air conditioning, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and a lovely outdoor area with outdoor seating.
