Looking for a couple to move in but open to a single for $340. Looking for housemates from April.

The house is in Brooklyn, with incredible views and a pretty quick walk down into town via central park (but I’m too lazy and get the bus back up which goes within 40m of the door). It’s got 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. You will have the largest room with wall to wall closet and storage above the closet and a private balcony.

It’s really well fitted out with a huge kitchen and dining space, separate living room, utilities, and all quite nicely done. Think it was a family home recently before it was rented to the people I live with.

We love living here and would love to share this space with some nice new people.

Ideal vibes would be communal but independent, chill rather than party. We like cooking and sharing tasty food, foraging, surfing, hiking.

Particularly looking for couples or luxurious singles interested in the big room.
