Room available in lovely house in Onehunga. Fantastic location in central Auckland! Easy access to any part of the city. Walkable to Onehunga Mall, Cornwall Park and YMCA Onehunga. Available immediately for period of 6 months, which we may be able to extend. Fully furnished with a queen bed in each room. We (the owners) live nearby and are more than happy to provide any reasonable requests, feel free to get in touch with us any time.

Brightly lit north-facing room with two bedside tables and a ceiling fan. Has a cupboard with drawers and shelves but no hanging space.

Ideal for friendly singles or couples. No smokers please, and vaping outside only. Generally no pets, though we might make exceptions for small animals. More than happy for you to have friends over, but no big parties and no-one extra staying overnight please.

Steve and Shivani here, we are the owners of the house and normally live here, but we’re currently staying nearby with Shivani’s parents as she is unwell. Steve is a GP working in Grey Lynn and Pukekohe and Shivani is an obstetric doctor working at Middlemore Hospital. We’ll pop in occasionally to do maintenance etc, sometimes with our cavoodle Alfie. Please don’t hesitate to come to us with any reasonable requests, we’ll do everything we can to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Mooney is staying in the larger room in the house and is a midwife working at Auckland Hospital.
