Furnished with a double bed, tv, couch, dining room table and chairs, kitchen utensils and a microwave. The weekly rent includes all amenities such as, power, water and unlimited wifi. This lovely place is located behind Waikato University and only a short walk to the local shops and gym. From experience it is a beautiful home with a gorgeous view of the sky as the main window is located at the front of the building above the kitchenette. I sadly have to move on as I acquired a young kitten and had to find new accommodation. It is quite spacious and would easily accommodate one person or a couple.

The room is a self contained studio unit. :) Bills are all paid separately. The current tenant however is a lovely lady that is happy to lend a hand anytime.
