A lovely fully furnished home with a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area. Large, sunny, private deck with all day sun. Heat-pump and air conditioner, as well as a DVS system ensures the house is always warm/cool and dry. Includes whiteware, dishwasher, washing machine, TV, expresso machine etc.

The room for rent is a good sized double room with a double built in wardrobe. Unfurnished.

Rent includes basic weekly costs such as toilet paper and dish-cleaning products and lawn maintenance. Power and fibre broadband costs are split between 3. Additional costs are about $25 per week (1/3 of monthly bills - power and unlimited fibre broadband), a bit more in the winter months.

Single garage and off-street parking on driveway.

Bus stop to Wellington CBD is a 2 minute walk away, 10 min walk to Newlands shops, 3 minute drive to Johnsonville. 15 min drive to Wellington CBD.

2 current flatmates - female, full time professional in my 40s, working at Victoria University of Wellington, and my 16 year old son who attends a nearby high school… with that in mind, we’re not a party house and pretty much keep to ourselves, but I do enjoy a wine and a chat if you’re up for it! :)
