Private room in welcome bay The room has queen bed built in wardrobes bedside tables or desk and smart tv with Netflix. It is downstairs away from the rest of the house so quite private. Tenant will have use of bathroom possibly shared with one other person, use of the kitchen at any time as we understand different cultures cook at different times of the day or night, laundry with 2 washing machines and a dryer, and lounge area. We have an extra fridge and freezer if you have different food preferences you are welcome to have your own fridge space. Unlimited wifi. Plenty of parking and safe quiet area. No min or max stay as we understand travelling plans can change. Couples prefered but we will consider a single person for $200
We have 2 dogs and a cat so animal lovers only and a chill one year old we do our own thing and let tenants do their own thing. We have successfully had 3 sets of couples via roomies in the past and it has worked well we have enjoyed the occasional dinner together and remain friends with them when the carry on with their travelling plans.
