Mateo's room

Location: Point Chev Room: En-suite Rent: $450/pw for a couple or $400/pw for a single We’ve recently signed the lease for our new home. The master bedroom with an en-suite is up for grabs. Our flat is pet friendly. We currently have a dog, Draco and a cat, Bats. At this stage, we can discuss to possibly take in another cat but not a dog. Location is everything. 10 mins to the city, food shops and gas down the road. Heaps of walks around, the Zoo is also round the corner. Bus stop is right outside the house. There’s also heaps of parking space in the house. We currently have 2 cars, could fit a 3rd with no dramas and street parking. Attached are the parts relevant. We have 2 garages not in the photo. We also have a spa pool (landlord is happy for us to fix it if we want. Hasn’t been used for a hot min) Bills will be split among everyone and since we hope to have 6 people it should come out pretty cheap!

We’re a bunch of young professionals and are looking for a similar age group (between 22-27). Generally all have fixed work schedules in the day and respect each other’s space as we’re all tired by night. Love the weekends for social things, cooking, watching TV and unwinding etc. Still furnishing some parts of the house so that’s a weekend project too! We’re due for a flat warming soon so looking to fill the room in the next week. Currently 3 boys, 1 girl (myself). My partner, Mateo and I share a room.
