Includes furnishings (queen bed, chairs, table, iron, ironing board, lamps, side tables, long mirror), wardrobe cupboards, and small kitchenette (dish rack, crockery, cutlery, microwave, small fridge, electric frypan, toaster, kettle, small croc pot), shower, toilet; separated from shed by internal floor to ceiling wall; own private access with off street parking.
