Nay's room

A cozy standalone 2 bedroom house down a very quiet driveway in Papatoetoe. Safe area and off street parking is available. 10 minutes from the airport and manukau mall, bus stop & the train station is a short walk. Very close to the motorway (SH20) which is super handy too

The room gets plenty of afternoon sun and can comfortably fit up to a queen size bed. It will be unfurnished but I can provide a bedside table and single mattress if needed. If you work from home, I have a desk and 1 monitor in the lounge/dining area you’re welcome to set up on.

The house is fully furnished and has Fibre internet, Netflix and a chrome cast. The landlord kindly takes care of the lawns.

Move in dates are flexible but hoping to have someone moved in by mid March

Utilities (power, water, internet) will be split as they come in

Currently just me staying here (female, 26). I’m a freelance makeup artist and use the spare room as my makeup studio but I’ll be starting a new job soon & won’t need a makeup studio anymore, so would be cool to have a flattie.

I’m very easy to live with, sociable and like to have a cocktail every now and then, although I do enjoy some downtime to recharge. I don’t mind people coming over to hang out, just as long as they’re respectful of our space and our neighbours, and mindful of noise if I’m resting
