Sabrina's room

We have : 2 main bedrooms with ensuite available 420 a week not furnished . We have 2 other bedrooms available 350 a week In main house not furnished 1 bedroom will be kept locked and will be ours as we travel for work . Main kitchen dining living area are semi furnished and kitchen equipped . Room to bring own furniture if wanted . Parking for 5 cars on property and 1 on lawn out front . Granny flat attached to main house has 2 bedrooms , kitchen dining , bathroom, side laundry , can be left semi furnished and rented at 600 a week as a whole or each room at 300 a week in a shared situation. Only 1 of the bedrooms will have a bed and be furnished . No washing machine or dryer . Parking for unit can be out front on lawn or across the street . Utilities are seperate to house so internet , electricity not included . In a nice elevated ,convenient area near shops motor way transport etc neat and tidy .

Utilities will have to be shared among roomies .

Just myself and partner live here in this 3 story house . Lots of room . We travel a lot for family reasons and work . Daughter Currently next door but will be moving out for same reasons as above .
