Jay's room

I have one room available in a lovely three bedroom villa in NEV set in a gorgeous established garden, the house has wall and ceiling insulation as well as a log burner for the cooler months. The available room has a wardrobe and two storage cupboards as well as plenty of room for a desk. There is a bus stop at the end of the street and we’re close to the local shopping centre.

You would be sharing the house with a full time working, full time studying busy mum of one (high schooler), our kitten, our cuddly spoodle Wilbur and our fluffy silky Frankie who free ranges in the garden.

Our ideal housemate would be a full time professional or a full time postgraduate student who enjoys a homely environment is kind and inclusive in nature, is relatively laid back, tidy, self sufficient and of course likes animals.

I am happy to share a reference from my current tenant, and an earlier move in date may be possible. Feel free to ask any questions.
