Malinda's room

Arahi Place, Rortotuna North, upmarket newly developed area with all new houses. Easy access to all amenities including the express high way, shops and schools. This is ensuite in a four bed room hose. No other roomies only the owner and wife , pensioners live. Kitchen, washing machine and living to be shared. No any issue as the common areas are always free. There is extra empty room , but have no idea to rent. If two people want to stay in the room advertised this can be considered on the case by case basis withy extra charges.

We are hassle free pensioners and would like to haver a peace in mind. No drinking or partying as we can’t join. No over boarding as we do not like it. The person should be employed and matured.
