Large double bedroom in stand alone house on Landscape Road, Mt Eden. Built-in wardrobe. Only furniture I can supply is a single bed. Closer to the Dominion Road end. Easy to get buses either from Dominion Road or walk to the other end of Landscape Road and get a bus from Mt Eden Road. Parking on street. Large back yard if wanting to garden. Built in wardrobe. Two toilets. One bathroom. Dining room. Lounge. Nice kitchen. Cook own meals. Smoker ok. Clothes and sofa will be cleared out of the room. Unless you want to use the sofa until the last tenant takes it. Close to two chinese grocery shops, vege shop, dairy, hell pizza, furniture shop. Great location. I’m a smoker. I’m also renting out a small single room so will be putting up another advert for that.

I am the only person renting at this property at the moment so want the rooms rented out asap. I am a young at heart 58 year old female. I can be talkative and bubbly, but also like my own time and space. I work from home so prefer someone who goes out to work. I use the dining table during the day but it’s available in the evenings if you need to do some work. I have two little dogs and two cats so must love animals. I’m really friendly and get on with everyone. I’m a smoker. Sorry for any mess in the rooms. I took the photos in a hurry this morning and my dog had already done zoomies in the bathroom and messed up the rugs.
