Single room available in Mt Eden house. Built in wardrobe. I can supply a single bed only. Room gets good sun during the day. Two toilets. One bathroom. Large back yard. Located on Landscape Road closer to the Dominion Road end. Easy to get buses from either Dominion Road or walk to the other end of Landscape and get a bus from Mt Eden Road. Lounge, dining room, kitchen, laundry room. Within walking distance are two chinese supermarkets, dairy, vege shop, hell pizza, service stations. Great location. Cook own meal.

I am a young at heart 58 year old. I’m the only person living here at the moment so looking for flatmates asap. I’ve really friendly and bubbly but also like my own space. I have two little dogs and two cats so you must love animals. I’m a smoker. Sorry for the mess in the bathroom. I took the photos in a rush this morning and didn’t even realise that the dogs must have been playing in there and messed up the rugs.
