Three bedroom house located in Kaikorai, Dunedin. Less than 5 minutes drive to Octogan. Bus stop around the corner. Plenty of street parking outside the house. Forms of heating include woodburner and heatpump, with ceiling and floor insulation. Power and internet not included in rent. Quite relaxing house, so not a party house and smoke free

You will be living with the home owner being 26 year old female who works full time and enjoys quite time but will chat and do board games or movie nights. A few times a week I have my small friendly family dog stay. Short or long term will be considered.
