Furnished room for short-term rent. Ideal for a few weeks stay while looking for something more permanent. Can include linen/towels etc. also. Room includes drawers, TV, fan and garment rack. The house is very private and safe. The house situated on a large section with plenty of gardens, outdoor living areas, a vege patch and fruit trees. The house is fully furnished. No smokers – non-negotiable. No pets as we already have a cat. Rent includes all bills and fibre internet. Preferred minimum stay 2 weeks. 1 week stays negotiable. Maximum stay negotiable.

We are a professional couple – a nurse and a boat builder in our late 20s. We love a few beverages and BBQ on a summer evening or watching the game, cooking good food and hanging out on the weekends. Our flat mate works from home and spends a lot of his time gaming. We have one very chill, friendly cat. Not a party house.
