Hello we are looking for a Flat mate to join our amazing flat! Located in Ngaruawahia - river road estate. With the new express way we are only ten minutes from rototuna. This Is a spacious double room. In a newly buillt house. The house has a awesome yard so if you like a tidy section you’ll enjoy living here. The room will be unfurnished !! The Ideal flat mate is a working professional in a similar age group. And is clean and tidy and respectful as you will be sharing a bathroom with one other person Rent is $170 a week which includes expenses (power, internet and extras such as cleaning products). The move in cost is Bond which is $695 and one weeks rent in advance. We will all be on the Tenancy and bond form. We are looking for a long term flat mate
