Awhi's room

Warm, sun-filled house, situated near the Sunnyvale Sports Centre, to share with one existing person. Move in costs $500 (equivalent to two weeks rent) and a week/fortnight in advance (depending on your payment cycle).

Have had fibre installed but there’s been a delay in delivery of some equipment from Auckland, so we’re not yet achieving best coverage.

Your double sized bedroom will be ready from 26 Feb. Couples negotiable with additional costs.

For shared living spaces there’s the large living room area that can be shut off from the equally large dining room and/or the sunroom. The bathroom is recently renovated.

A third smaller bedroom is not available for board/rent, it is to remain a spare room for friends and family to stay over from time to time (yours or mine). If you need accommodation before the 26 Feb, you’re welcome to use the spare room in the meantime, note it has a single bed-only.

Note: there is another fully self-contained dwelling on the property, it is under lease and occupied. As it is fully self-contained, its occupant will not share the use of any of the facilities in the main house, does not have a key.

Employed fulltime at the Uni in IT. Fem, 40s & a Zumba Instructor. Loves animals. Prefers old slippers c/w a pair of heels. Also to leave the car at home and bus to/from work.
