Spacious house with four bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living areas and garden areas. In renting this room you will be sharing a bathroom with one other person. Room is roughly around a 3m by 2m room with its own closet. Double bed included with room and off street parking is available.

Suitable for single occupants or couples. Rent includes utilities (with the exception of $30 required for additional persons).

Two bedrooms downstairs currently have two couples staying while upstairs has a person in the other room upstairs. We are all clean and tidy individuals that are usually quiet and keep to ourselves but are happy to hang out once in a while.
