Joe's room

Hi! My fiancé and I have just taken a lease on a 4 bed, 2 bath property close to Wanaka town centre (10 mins walk to Wanaka cbd) and we’re looking ideally for a couple to live with us. The house is 2 floors with 2 large bedrooms, 1 en suite and 2 smaller rooms. There are 2 lounge areas, 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs. We’d like to keep 1 bedroom free for guests. It’s fully furnished and internet is included in the rent, which would be $450 p/w (for a couple). We’re looking for a couple to join us on the lease, so splitting total move in cost evenly ($4500). The lease is available until 20th dec and available from this Friday 24th. We’re looking for a couple 25-35, who are active, social and clean. We spend a lot of time outdoors training, so people with similar interests would be great 🙂 ideally working mon-fri day hours. Unfortunately no furry friends are allowed.

Fiona and Myself are into triathlon so we spend a lot of time training and keeping fit ready for races. We love animals, we work Monday to Friday 9-5, and we like quiet nights in!
