Looking to rent one room for $180 per week - not including bills. You would have your own bathroom (ensuite) and double garage with off street parking. Would consider a couple but price would increase.

It’s a modern house, 4 bedroom 2 ensuite, 1 bathroom with a shared the kitchen/living room that opens out to a beautiful alfresco area overlooking the canal. The room is unfurnished. The open plan kitchen/living area with electric double oven, hob, dishwasher, large butler’s pantry, heated by heatpump and electric fireplace. Separate laundry.

I work full-time and have two young girls (7 and 9years old). We are tidy and don’t have any pets. Don’t mind a wine or two every now and then but otherwise pretty chill. Ideal flatmate is someone who is easy going and independent - we’re pretty flexible with dates but we wouldn’t be comfortable having more young kids around the house. If you let me know and we can try to make it work!
