A beautiful residence offering its own driveway with an electronic gate, safety alarms and cameras makes this home relaxed and safe.

We have a bedroom to offer in our lovely house. Your room is on the first floor (the property is arranged over two levels and is freshly painted) with its own bathroom (to be shared by one other roomie, an Indian girl 31 years old). There are three bedrooms on the first level, a) the master bedroom/ensuite with its own attached bathroom is occupied by the owners (i.e. us, a married Indian couple), b) the second room is occupied by a 31 year old Indian female studying full time and working part-time. This ad is for the third bedroom. We also have a furry friend (cat) who visits us mostly at night but is around the property the whole day.

The lounge on the ground floor spills out to a large, sun-drenched deck and outdoors. Loads of storage space in the room. The rooms are already furnished witha brand queen bed and mattress (so potentially not much space for your own furniture).

Strictly no smoking at the property. Vegetarian/Eggetarian/Vegan preferred !

Superbly located within a stroll to various amenities, walking distance to shops (Countdown, New World, Lotus Supermarket, etc) and a bus stop right outside the house. Very close to the motorway links and an easy drive to the airport or into the city. The handy location of this home to cater for a busy lifestyle is definitely a key factor.

(Please note that the advertised rent of $275 is on a single occupancy basis. For a couple, the rent is $350 weekly).

You will be sharing the house with its owners (my wife and I), and another two tenants (22 year old Indian male currently studying and working and occupies a room on the ground floor, and another female noted above). We are in our thirties, work full time and are big time pet lovers (currently no pets at the house except an outdoor cat who loves to enjoy our backyard and occasionally snuggle with us at night). We would love to have a chat over a hot cup of tea/coffee but do not prefer to party at the house. We love our privacy and expect the future roomie to respect that. We keep the house neat and tidy (which is non-negotiable)!
