A beautiful residence offering its own driveway with an electronic gate, safety alarms and cameras makes this home relaxed and safe.

We have a bedroom on the first floor with an attached bathroom (to be shared with another Indian female) available to be let out. The room has a queen bed, mattress and a side table.

There are three bedrooms on the first level: a) the master bedroom/ensuite with its own attached bathroom is occupied by the owners (i.e. us, a married Indian couple), b) the second room is occupied by a 27 year old Indian female studying full time c) the third bedroom is available to be occupied.

The ground floor has a bedroom occupied by a male tenant (with his own bathroom), the shared kitchen and lounge spaces. Overall, we don’t have more than 5 adults in the house at any point in time.

We also have two furry friends (male and female cats) in the house, who are indoor/outdoor cats.

The lounge on the ground floor spills out to a large, sun-drenched deck and outdoors. Loads of storage space in the room. Kitchen is equipped with microwave, oven and a cooktop. Washing machine is available for use as well by all.

Strictly no smoking at the property. Vegetarian/Eggetarian/Vegan preferred!

Superbly located within a stroll to various amenities, walking distance to shops (Countdown, New World, Lotus Supermarket, etc) and a bus stop right outside the house. Very close to the motorway links and an easy drive to the airport or into the city. The handy location of this home to cater for a busy lifestyle is definitely a key factor.

You will be sharing the house with its owners (my wife and I) and other two tenants (at max). We are in our late thirties, work full time and are big time pet lovers. We love to have a chat over a hot cup of tea/coffee but do not prefer to party at the house. We love our privacy and expect the future roomie to respect that. We keep the house neat and tidy (which is non-negotiable)!
