This situation would be suitable for anyone wanting a short-term place to stay for seasonal work or while they get sorted in their own flat or home. Okaihau is a sweet, small town about 20 minutes from central Kerikeri. There is a butchers, a hairstylist, a grocery, two cafes and two dairies. The twin-coast cycle trail goes straight past my gate. My house was built in the 30s and I am slowly renovating it with a new kitchen and laundry, there is also a woodburning fire place, a heat transfer system and gas hot water. You can choose between two bedrooms, a small double bedroom, and a larger double bedroom. Both need some TLC but are clean and comfortable. A bed, bedside tables, bookcase and drawers are available for your use

I work full time, 3 days a week in the office and 2 days a week at home. After work I tend to do work on the house, make dinner and watch TV. Once or twice a week I will go to the beach after work. Echo is a 1.5 year old daschund x Jack Russell…he loves his daily walk and a snooze in the sun.
