We have a bedroom coming available for a couple or a bougie single in our wonderful brand new home in Henderson! Available late Feb or early March. (5 minute walk to the Glendene shops, 2 minute drive to Kmart(!!!) and Westcity Mall/Henderson. About 10 minutes to the motorway, depending on traffic)

The room easily fits a queen bed, plus additional furniture and has a double wardrobe with mirrored sliding doors. Rent for the room is: $300/wk for a single OR $350/wk for a couple

Rent includes:

• Shared home office and/or storage space (this room is currently empty so we can work it out together!)
• Your own bathroom!!!
• Use of a seperate fridge/freezer *Utilities are not included in the rent for the room. These will be evenly split when we receive bills.

You’ll be living with myself (F23) and partner, Levi (M22). We are both working full-time, I am in sales and marketing, and have an arty side hustle. Levi is in his second year of his building apprenticeship. We enjoy some social time in the evenings/weekends as well as our own space at times.
