Brooke's room

Kia Ora! After many months of looking for a whare that is modern (recently reno), warm, spacious, has plenty of parking, has outdoor areas plural, has fireplace, decent design & isn’t too far from the motorway - I have it and I’m looking for a flatmate that’ll treat it like the perfect home it is:) Closer to Wairau Park area (than Glenfield Mall), easy access to Glenfield Road and either Motorways. It’s a beautiful home (furnished except for the bedrooms). It’s a 4 beddy (or 3 bedroom & office) with 2.5 bathrooms, 2 lounges, double garage & still parking off street. The room itself is LARGE - plenty of space for King, bedside tables etc. Big wardrobe space. I’ll add better photos soon:)

At this moment, just me, professional, F, Maori, 30s - pretty active (play sports/ go to the gym) but I LOVE my downtime so I like a chill house. I’m keen on somebody who is independent BUT is social i.e. doesn’t live in their room. It’s a home so friends are totally fine but it’s not a party place:) I’m also keen on finding another flattie for one of the smaller rooms. Looking at $170 for that room which I’ll offer too. Negotiation to use other 4th bedroom/ office to be used.
