Close to the Hospital, College and Police Station it’s one of the nicer areas in Kaitaia with views of the west coast from a distance (Ahipara). A large lawn with fruit trees and a lounge that has a 82“ TV and PS5 for shared responsible use. The room available is fully furnished with a King Single, plus a trundler single underneath. Furniture is built in with a wardrobe and overhead storage, plus more storage in the garage. There is also Cameras on the property for security.

The property has two pets Angel a Ragdoll Cat (4) and Rose the residential Guard Dog (2). Both are very friendly and social, but finding the right roomie will be as important for them as the owner.

I work part time in retail in afternoons and study at home during the mornings. I have an active social life and take part in the community. Unfortunately after an injury in 2020 I’m no longer able to work full time which is why I’m now looking to rent my spare room.
