About the room

This solid 2 Bedroom House is high stud with native timber floors. Close to the Hospital, College and Police Station with views of the west coast from a distance (Ahipara). A large lawn with fruit trees and a lounge that has a 82ā€œ TV and PS5 for shared responsible use. Furniture is built in with a wardrobe and overhead storage, plus more storage in the garage.

About the roomies

I work part time in retail in afternoons and study at home during the mornings. I have an active social life and take part in the community. Unfortunately after an injury in 2020 Iā€™m no longer able to work full time which is why Iā€™m now looking to rent my spare room.
