We are looking for a FEMALE flatmate who is respectful, neat and tidy, and pays rent on time. Suits a single tertiary student or working professional. Must speak enough English to communicate.
Only 4 minutes walk to Dominion Road, and 10 minutes walk to Mt Eden Road - easy drive or 1 bus to city, and plenty of food and shops and amenities. McDonalds, KFC, Asian Supermarkets, Supermarkets and St Lukes Mall in short driving distance for convenient shopping.
This studio is upstairs in a separate part of the house from our family.
You have your own private ensuite and a kitchenette - Microwave, bar fridge.
