Located near the Stonefields shops, restaurants, close to public transport, sports facilities, Lunn Ave shops, cafes, supermarkets, Mt Wellington and Heritage Trail.
There is a bus stop 5-6 mins walk away, buses link to to the Rail network, linking directly to the Auckland CBD, and Manukau. Driving to the city can be about 15 mins off peak. One off-street carpark with additional parking bay across the road. Quiet street with friendly neighbours.

You will be living with one 50-ish female professional who works from home, and a part-time 6-year old friendly playful Staffy.
We’re looking for a non-smoking clean, tidy, respectful flatmate who works full-time, likes to share the odd meal but also enjoys their own space from time to time. Happy to share a drink on the weekend. Hope to hear from you soon.
