Located in Maungtapu and sharing with 2 others the house is a 1970’s architecturally designed house with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 WC, outdoor living, harbour, mount views located in a quiet street. Corner store, bottle shop, takaway food outlet and petrol station located at the end of the street. There are 2 furnished rooms available, rent is $300 per week for a single and $450 for a couple which includes unlimited internet, water and a cleaning to the common areas only. If a couple takes one room I will only allow a single in the other. Power to be split. The room and house is fully furnished. Ideally looking for roomies that required short to medium term accommodation.

You will be sharing the house with me, single male my miniature schnauzer dog and a maximum of 2 others.
I’m a professional that mainly works from home, have a busy social life, independent, respectful and considerate. My dog loves people so you will need to be a dog person.
