Hey there, a room has become available in this lovely big 8 bedroom Te Aro flat for just $223 per week. The room is decently sized and can come semi-furnished, including a bedside table, and plenty of clothing and wardrobe space. A double bed can also be included with the room, dm me if you want to buy it off me:) This flat is in an ideal location as it is super close to town, all three uni campuses, and a bus stop nearby. The street has residential and coupon parking so if you have a car there is parking available. Expenses are around $20-30 a month, we have only had a few bills so it hasn’t been consistent yet:) The room is available straight away so flick me a message if you are keen for a viewing or have any other questions!

You will be living with 7 other flatmates, 6 girls and 1 guy who are a fun, loving group of people all aged between 19-21 and studying. It is a super social flat however also respectful of each other’s boundaries.
