Update - 02/03/24 Both rooms rented out now

House is split level - blockwork and weatherboard combo. All four bedrooms are upstairs. We rent out 2 bedrooms. One for 240/- per week and other for 200/week. Both rooms are fully furnished. House is aesthetically pleasing and receives plenty of sunlight throughout the day. We have a huge front and back yard with lots of feijoa trees, mandarin tree lemon tree to enjoy fruits from throughout the year. We take real pride in maintaining healthy living standards and keep the house tidy, dry and warm at all times

There is a bus stop right opposite the house and is very close to the Glenfield Mall. Buses will take you straight to CBD within 45 mins.

Glenfield Mall is 2 min drive, Birkenhead mall is 10 min drive, Albany Westfield is 15 min drive, CBD/City Center is 15 min drive, Costco is 20 min drive, Pak N Save and Indian and Asian Supermarkets is 5 min drive, AUT Northcote is 15 min drive and Massey University is 15 min drive

Parking is plenty on-street

Update: - 27/2/24 We, the homeowners, are an Indian couple in their early 30s and work in the construction field. We are sociable but prefer to keep our own company.

We love to and strive to provide quality standard of living to our flatmates with quiet and enjoyable private time. We are more than happy to listen to you when you need us and can also provide drop off to the city or north shore in the morning between 7am to 9am
