About the room
House is still under construction but will update photos as the house gets finished. Due to finish in April 2023
2 bedroom house and 1 bathroom.
Room available is 2.8m x 2.8m.
The house will be fully furnished apart from the bedroom. There is also a outside area that will be fully fenced on completion.
Looking for someone who is friendly, clean, tidy, respectful and able to pay on time. This is not a party house. Must be ok with animals and am happy to consider having pets as well.
Room will be $180 per week and will split power/internet.
Viewings may be limited due to tradies still being on site
About the roomies
You will be living with me and my partner will be there some days too.
I am a 27 year old female and I am a workibg professional. I also have a 2 year old border terrier dog Murphy so must be ok living with dogs.
