Has a nice little deck with a stunning view of the Greerton rugby field and nearby river. A minute drive from Greerton village.

Mum of a 5 yr old girl, who will spend time between here and her Father’s home, so must be comfortable and good around kids. I work full time, so prefer to have a flatmate that is working or studying full time too. It is not a party house but am open to chill drinks once in a blue moon. I enjoy art. I love to talk and joke around and I’m a very bubbly person.
