We’re looking for someone friendly, clean, respectful and just generally pleasant to live with. Cleaning up after yourself and pitching in with keeping the house clean is expected. The room is unfurnished and located on the first floor of a 2 storey, 4 bedroom house. It’s big enough for a king size bed with room for more furniture. Built-in double wardrobe, pitched ceiling and two windows. You’ll be sharing the upstairs bathroom/toilet with me. The other flatmates occupies one of the two bedrooms downstairs, where there is another bathroom and separate toilet. Safe off-street parking in a quiet residential area. Close to Sylvia Park, motorway and Panmure Basin. No drugs, parties or pets. Single person only. No couples. The house is not suitable for children.

You’ll be living with two others; Laboratory Analyst and a Vehicle Technician (1 female, 1 male, aged 30’s - 40’s). We’re daytime workers, so would prefer someone who works a similar schedule. A third (male) flatmate will be moving into the other downstairs bedroom soon.
