We are looking for a flatmate/tenant who is professional, polite, and tidy that can join us asap!

This is a new-build 3-storey townhouse located in the heart of the city! Super convenient with less than 5-minute walk away from Countdown and PaknSave and gyms like Les Mills, Fastlane Fitness, and many nearby restaurant options. A 10-minute walk to Centre Place and a 6-minute drive to Waikato Hospital.

The room is unfurnished, has a single-size wardrobe, fits a double bed, with space for a desk and a tallboy. There is also plenty of extra storage within the house that can be used. Bathroom is shared with 1 other flatmate. There is also an additional toilet downstairs.

Current flatmates are full-time working professionals in their mid-late 20s. We are looking for another easygoing person to join us! We enjoy a friendly chat from time to time and respect each other’s privacy and space.

Parking is available on street (free after business hours) Off-street parking can be discussed if needed.

Rent does not include power and internet. You can expect ~$15/week for expenses.

Bond is 3 weeks’ rent. Rent is paid weekly in advance.
