We are situated in the Rowesdale area of Ohauiti. Close to Toi ohomai Campus so close commute for students. Bus route is at our doorstep. Driving distance of no more thank 10kms to closet malls and City Centre. Bedroom available is a double room with queen bed. Side dressers with lamps and own double wardrobe. Private courtyard for sitting out under the large oak tree and lounging in the sun. Modern area which is quiet with very respectful neighbours.

There is myself and my husband. We are chill people and very down to earth. Also have our 24 year old daughter and her partner living with us. 4 bedroom home. You will share the main bathroom with our daughter and her partner.
