• You’d be living with three friendly yopros in their mid/late twenties. We watch tv shows and have the odd drink and beach day together, but are also good about giving each other space.

• Private landlord who is super responsive but basically leaves us alone. Lease runs until Jan 2024 with the option to renew, but assignment all good if you need to move before then. $800 bond.

• 2min walk to the beach and the great Greta Point Cafe. Less than 5mins driving to PaknSave and the Kilbirnie and Hataitai shops. Bus stop into town right outside. Garage + loads of good free street parking.
