Master bedroom with walk in rob and en-suite new comfortable queen bed and TV with chrome cast and heatpump/air con. house to be shared with one to two other females working full time and 1 friendly cat.

house has a modern kitchen dinning area lounge with a separate TV room and outside bbq and tables undercover. warm modern brick house with double glazing and heating.

$350 covers everything but food and personal sanitary products. regular cleaning to be shared by all.

couples welcome but at four hundred per week.

1-2 females both working full time in Cambridge. quiet and respectful but happy to be sociable with others.
