St Aubyn Street

I have 3 unfurnished rooms ready. The smallest for $170/w, the upstairs room for $210/w and a bigger downstairs room for $250/w. There is a large living/dining room (currently semi-furnished) connected to a tidy kitchen, fitted with a dishwasher and 2 fridges. The laundry currently only has a washing machine, but I plan to squeeze in a dryer in the near future. The property is located down a long driveway, with a 11 minute walk to the beach and a 20 minute walk to the swimming pools. There is a very large garden area for all your planting needs. The caveat being that the garden needs tidying up every other month.

I’ve moved to New Plymouth 4 months ago, joining 2 other roomies. Since I’ve scared them off to the other side of the country, I’m in need of new flatmates. I’m a very busy tradesman that probably won’t bother you much. I like video-games, frisbee and a good laugh.
