Emma's room

House is a back section and only a few years old so super insulated, double glazed and has a log burner and heat pump so it’s very warm on cold Mosgiel days. Open plan living with all the mod cons. The room is on the smaller side (not suitable for couples) but can fit queen bed and dresser and has a double wardrobe.

Central Mosgiel location, can walk to bus stops (bus into central Dunedin), pubs, shops, Gyms etc.

Rent is $230pw and includes all bills, a good chunk of firewood, cleaning products, staple pantry items etc. Room is unfurnished but can be furnished for $255pw. Move in cost is two weeks bond.

Two existing flatmates, couple, early to mid 30s and work full time. We’re pretty chill, enjoy a drink after work and potter around in the weekends. We also have a big fat cat who sleeps all day and doesn’t know how to hunt.
