The flat is located in sunny Wadestown. It is a 5-10 minute bus ride to town, or a 20-30 minute walk.

We are after someone who is easy going, considerate and sociable but also enjoys their independence. Note, we are not a party flat.

• rent = $192 per week
• expenses = $25 per week
• room has double glazed windows and gets lots of afternoon sun
• enough room for a queen bed, desk + set of drawers (there is also a built in wardrobe and bookshelf)
• room can be available from Easter weekend (9th April) however this is flexible

The remaining flatmates are 4 females all yo-pros and all in early to mid 20’s.

We are a chill, considerate, easy going flat. We enjoy our own time but also enjoy hanging out as a flat from time to time.
