A lovely 4 bedroom house, 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 down stairs with a bathroom on each floor. The bathrooms and kitchen are newly renovated ( heated floors in the bathrooms). Lovely big sunny deck and an open plan kitchen and living room. Off street parks and plenty of on street too space for one car in the garage. Close to beaches buses and restaurants.
About the roomies
I am 32 and originally from the UK, I work in Albany full time and have a little dog called Winnie, she is very well behaved and friendly. I am very laid back, open and friendly. I love the beach, chilling with the dog, seeing friends, day trips, cooking and baking. Would like to live with social people that are up for a little chat in the evenings too. I am on the look out for 3 others to join me with a similar outlook.
