I have an unfurnished room available in my beautiful 3 bedroom cottage. The room itself is sun kissed with river views of the Northern Wairoa, located in central Te Kopuru on Walker Terrace.
Rent is $200 a week, which includes wifi and power. Bond is 2 weeks rent ($400). The home is on tank water. Bathroom is shared, however it would only be you and I using it. Descent kitchen with all amenities provided, you will only need to bring your bedroom belongings with you and feel at home!
Large section, easy walking distance to local dairy and riverside.
*Room currently has a sofa bed in it if needed, otherwise will be moved.
**No couples or pets sorry
