We are currently seeking a tidy and quiet person for our studio unit. Sorry no couples. No smokers or vapours. Rent is $330per week / bond $1,320 (3 weeks / 1 in advance). Bond will be lodged with tenancy services. Unit is available now

The total area of the unit is 18sqm. However the main furniture area of the unit is 3m by 3m so if you have a lot of stuff this might not be the place for you. In the photo there is a blue outline on the floor which represents a double bed to show area.
