The house is a beautiful property located 5min walk away from city centre, but in a nice quiet private street. It has a heat pump and fire place, always warm and toasty. Beautiful big kitchen and lounge. The bathroom is also gorgeous and has a giant bathtub perfect for a cosy bubble bath (there’s also a big modern shower too). There is a large covered deck at the rear of the house which overlooks the beautiful gardens. The room comes fully furnished, including a bed with good quality mattress, leather reclining chair, bedding (if wanted!) a clothing rack, two mirrors and a bedside table. There is also an inbuilt wardrobe with a lot of storage. The room has one window, gets evening sun. No problems with damp or cold. I adore this house and it has been my home for the last year and half. I am going on a trip to Europe for 6 months (June - December) which is the only reason I am leaving.

Hannah and Monica are the two flatties. They are really friendly and both post graduate scientists. We are not a party flat and are very respectful of space and privacy. We each pay $20 a week which covers all bills including power and internet.
